The after version of the ad I chose to redesign I feel is not only much more visually appealing than the "before" image but I also believe is much more legible since some of the text in the "before" image is lost within the image. I drew the background image of my "after" ad in a Microsoft program called "3D Paint" and then imported that image into InDesign, making sure it was the correct pixels for its size and color for the image. The InDesign program is where I added text and made sure the alignment was the most appealing. I also added glyphs for a bit of detail where I feel was needed. The original drawn image I created was very bright and colorful so I tinted the image in InDesign with a yellow hue to dull the image so the text would pop more.
